Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
1st round: We cast on 15 ch, the last 3 ch are for the first stitch (we are going to knit around the entire ch creating an oval knit), we continue with 7sc, now. 2nd round: 2 ch in height.
Step 2
3rd round: 2 ch in height, 14 double crochets, 2 double crochets together and 1 p. normal high point and we repeat this 6 times, 14 double crochets, 2 double crochets together x 5 times and we close with a. and finally.
Step 3
Sole elevation. 4th round: 1 ch in height, taking only half of the spike (see post) make sc all around the sole and close with a slip stitch. Put markers.

5th and 6th rounds: Same as the previous one but taking the complete herringbone (as it is always knitted). With this we finish the elevation of the sole.
