Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
1st round: 2 chains or start without chains, 1 pm (midpoint) c/st until the end of the round. Spin.
Step 2
2nd round: 2 ch or start without chains, 1 pm through the back loop c/st, until you reach the end of the round. Spin.
Step 3
rep V2 until you have 72 cm (73, 75, 77, 80, 83, 86) of fabric.
Step 4
We join the fabric using the invisible seam that I explain in the video, I have also left you the link to how to do it in the techniques section.
Step 5
We change to the 3 mm crochet hook.
Step 6
We join the purple wool and we are going to take points from the contour as I explain in the video following this pattern.
Step 7
Let's start with the part: Body. 1st round: 2 ch or start without chains for extended half stitch (see video), 1 extended pm c/st, join in the round.
Step 8
We repeat V1 until we have 9 cm (10, 11, 13, 15, 17, 20). In my case I make 5 cm purple and 4 cm black, but you can divide the colors however you want.
Step 9
Now we are going to put 2 markers dividing the fabric into two equal parts that will form the front and the back. We are going to knit each side back and forth separately.
Step 10
We choose one of the sides, it doesn't matter which one, since both will be the same.
Step 11
We skip 1 stitch from the marker and join the yarn (in my case the purple one).
Step 12
1st round: 1 dec (decrease) in extended pm (see the video how to do it depending on whether you start without chains or 2 chains), 1 extended pm c/st until only.
Step 13
rep V1 until you have 14 cm (15, 16, 18, 20, 23, 26) of fabric.
Step 14
I made 5 cm purple, 4 cm black and 5 cm purple, but you can divide the colors however you want.
Step 15
We do the same on the other side.
Step 16
I make it in black. We are going to work in contradiction. We join the black wool to the upper corner and make 4 chains.
Step 17
Let's start with the part: Neck. 1st round: ch 1, 1 sc in each of the next 3 stitches. Join the main fabric as I explain in the video. Spin.
Step 18
2nd round: 1 sc through the back loop c/st. Spin.
Step 19
3rd round: 1 ch, 1 sc through the back loop in each of the next rows. 3 points. Join to the main fabric. Spin.
Step 20
We repeat V2 and 3 until we reach the end of the fabric.
Step 21
We do the same on the other side.
Step 22
Armholes and Strap of the Crochet Crop Top.
Step 23
We join black wool in one of the markers.
Step 24
We do the same as in the neck area, until we reach precisely the end of the neck and we continue in this way.
Step 25
1st round: 1 ch, 1 sc in each of the next 3 stitches, 1 more sc joining the neck area (see video, it is easier than it seems in writing). Spin.
Step 26
2nd round: 1 ch, 1 sc through the back loop c/st. Spin.

rep V2 until you have 16 cm (17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24) of strap or the strap size you want.
Step 28
We join again to the other neck (if you started in the front armhole, join to the back neck or vice versa).
Step 29
We do the same thing as in the neck area until we get back to where we started with the armhole. We join with the invisible seam. Close and finish.
Step 30
We do the same on the other armhole and strap.

Close and finish all the threads.
