Step 2

BODY - BOB (Blue): R16: [4 sc, 1 inc] x7 (42). R17: 21 sc, back loop only: 10 sc, 11 sc (42). R18-R20: 42 sc. R21-R25: [4 sc, 1 dec] x7 (35); [3 sc, 1 dec] x7 (28); stuff; [2 sc, 1 dec] x7 (21); [1 sc, 1 dec] x7 (14); 7 dec (7). Close.

Step 3

BODY - KEVIN (Yellow): R1-R5: Same as Bob (35 sts). R6-R22: 35 sc (taller than Bob).

BODY - KEVIN (Blue): R23: [4 sc, 1 inc] x7 (42). R24: 21 sc, back loop only: 10 sc, 11 sc (42). R25-R27: 42 sc. R28-R32: Decreases same as Bob until R32 (7 dec). Close.

BODY - STUART (Yellow): R1-R5: Same as Bob (35 sts). R6-R18: 35 sc.

BODY - STUART (Blue): R19: [4 sc, 1 inc] x7 (42). R20: 21 sc, back loop only: 10 sc, 11 sc (42). R21-R23: 42 sc. R24-R28: Decreases same as Bob until R28 (7 dec). Close.

Step 7

ARMS AND LEGS: Arms (Black/Yellow): Black: 4 sc in MR (4), [3 inc, 1 sc] (7). Yellow: R3-R8: 7 sc. Sew to body. Legs (Black/Blue): Black: 7 sc in MR (7), R2: 7 sc. Blue: R3: [6 sc, 1 inc] (8), R4: 8 sc. Sew to bottom.

Step 8

GOGGLES (Frame): Bob and Kevin (Double): White: 7 sc in MR (7), 7 inc (14). Gray: R3: Back loop only: 14 sc, 1 sl st. Stuart (Single): White: 7 sc in MR (7), 7 inc (14), [1 sc, 1 inc] x7 (21). Gray: R4: Back loop only: 21 sc, 1 sl st. Sew and insert safety eyes.

Step 9

GOGGLES BAND AND EMBROIDERY: Bob/Kevin: ch 32, turn, 31 sl st. Stuart: ch 37, turn, 36 sc. Sew the band to the body. Embroider the mouth with black yarn.

Step 10

OVERALLS (Front Flap): Work over 10 stitches in the front loop of the blue row: R1: ch 1, 10 sc in back loop only, turn. R2: ch 1, skip 1 st, 9 sc. Cut and fasten off.

Step 11

STRAPS AND BASIC ASSEMBLY: Straps: Leave long tail, ch 10. Sew to the front flap and the blue back of the body. Secure all ends and attach arms and legs.

Step 13

HORNS AND FINAL ASSEMBLY (Stuart): Large Piece (Brown): R1: 6 sc in MR (6). R2-R7: Work decreases to shape (end 5 sc). R8: 3 sc, 1 dec, 1 sl st (4). Small Piece: 4 sc in MR (4), R2-R3: 4 sc. Sew small piece onto large piece (R5-R6) and then sew horns to the head (R4-R5). Finished!
