Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Abbreviations: MR = magic ring, sc = single crochet, hdc = half double crochet, dc = double crochet, ch = chain, sl st = slip stitch.

Step 2
3-piece petals: 2.5 mm hook. Rnd 1: In a MR work: (ch 11; starting from 2nd ch work 10 sc, 1 sl st in the MR) x3. Pull the yarn to close the ring.

Step 3
3-piece petals (Cont.): Rnd 2: In each st from Rnd 1 (up and down the ch) work: ch 1, (1 sc, 2 hdc, 4 dc, 2 hdc, 1 sc, ch 2, 1 sc, 2 hdc, 4 dc, 2 hdc, 1 sc) x3. Fasten off.

Step 4
2-piece petals: Rnd 1: In a MR (with 2.5 mm hook) work: (ch 9; from 2nd ch work 8 sc, 1 sl st in the MR) x2. Close ring. Rnd 2: ch 1, work (1 sc, 1 hdc, 4 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc) x4.

Step 5
2-piece petals (Cont.): Rnd 3: Switch to 3 mm hook. ch 1, (2 sl st, 3 dc in one st, 1 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc, ch 2, 1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 3 dc in one st, 2 sl st) x2. Fasten off.

Step 6
Small petals (center): With 2.5 mm hook. Rnd 1: In a MR work: (ch 4, 3 sc, 1 sl st in the MR) x2, then work (ch 3, 2 sc, 1 sl st in the MR) x2. Close the ring.

Step 7
Assembly: (Optional) Sew the top part of the 2 lower petals of the 3-piece group. Place the 2-piece group over the 3-piece one, and the small one on top. Sew the center and add pearls.
