Step 5
Collar Triangles (2 Yellow, 2 Red, 1 Blue): Rnd 1: ch 14, 11 dc. Rnd 2: Turn, ch 3, 1 dc-dec, 7 dc, 1 dc-dec [9]. Rnd 3: Turn, ch 3, 1 dc-dec, 5 dc, 1 dc-dec [7]. Step 6
Assembly: Sew the large red ball at the center join of the hat, and the small balls to the horn tips. Connect the 5 triangles by crocheting a white row of sc along the top edges (11 sc per triangle). Work an edging row of *(3 sc, 1 sl st) across. Sew the decorative pompons to the tips of each triangle.
